FREE BIKE SAFETY WORKSHOP AND EXAM CELEBRATE THE GREAT WATERFRONT TRAIL ADVENTURE Join us on Saturday, July 5, 2008 at 10 a.m. to celebrate the Great Waterfront Trail Adventure and cheer on more than 200 cyclists who will be passing through the Waterfront Trail at Oakville's Coronation Park located at 1462 Lakeshore Road West. In partnership with the Town, Cycle Path Oakville will be offering free bike exams, as well as a bike safety workshop from 9 a.m. to noon. Those participating in the Great Waterfront Trail Adventure will travel the 680 km stretch of the Waterfront Trail from Niagara-on-the-Lake to the Quebec border, over the course of eight days. The end-to-end tour is designed to connect participants with their Great Lake, as well as support the Waterfront Regeneration Trust, established in 2002.
