The biennial event, held at the Oakville Golf Club, has raised more than $300,000 since 2004, resulting in the purchase of life saving equipment for our community hospital. Maddies winning drawing from 2009 Oakville Volkswagens Drivers Found Event a Huge Success Oakville Volkswagens Drivers Found fundraising event took place on Sunday, July 11, 2010. Hundreds of VW enthusiasts came out to support this event which raised $2,500 through donations, raffles and food sales. Proceeds from this event will go towards funding the purchase of essential medical equipment for our community hospital. We would like to acknowledge and thank the General Manager of Oakville Volkswagen; Mark Seibert who generously made a matching gift, bringing the grand fundraising event total to $5,000! We would also like to thank Event Organizer; Michael Carroll for his tireless efforts in planning and executing a great event.
