The Adam Fedoruk CANAM Memorial Tournament was established in 1999 as a lasting tribute to Adam Fedoruk, a former Oakville Little League player who died -- along with his sister, mother and a visiting relative -- in an Oakville house fire on Aug. 16, 1998.
