The annual fundraising ride saw close to 100 motorcyclists head out on a 189-kilometre pleasure ride, all the while raising funds for future guide dogs. In the background is a Harley-Davidson one of the approximately 100 bikes in the ride. Savard loves dogs and has her own adopted grey standard poodle, one that didn't make the Dog Guide standard. The Oakville ride starts at the Lions Foundation Oakville headquarters and training facility on Wilson Street and ends in Breslau, Ont., the site of the Dog Guide breeding facility.
