Here's where Ward 6 residents can go to vote in Monday's by-election Ward 6 residents planning on voting in the Monday, July 13 by-election may do so at a variety of locations. Town staff said voter cards were mailed in June and residents are asked to bring this card and proper identification with them when they vote. Acceptable forms of identification include: a driver's licence, Ontario photo card, current utility bill, current credit card statement or bank statement or current insurance policy. P.13, as amended on July 6, 2015. The purpose and effect of Zoning By-law 2015-079 is to amend the Town of Oakville Zoning By-law 2014-014 that serve a number of intents but primarily corrects a number of errors of omission, clarifies the interpretation of existing regulations, and restores a number of inadvertently removed regulations from both the text and maps of the new Zoning By-law 2014-014. The proposed amendment includes: · Text corrections in Parts 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 15, · Revised regulations in a number of Special Provisions in Part 15, and · Correcting a number of mapping errors on the Maps in Part 19. Zoning By-law 2014-014, as amended, applies to all lands south of Dundas Street and north of Highway 407. All lands subject to Zoning By-law 2014-014, as amended, are affected by the proposed amendments to the text of the By-law. A number of individual sites are also affected by the proposed amendment through amended or additional site-specific regulations.
